By registering for the Rhythm Exchange Fest, Afrosecure Ltd and Kiss Audio Services collect specific personal data (Full Name, Phone Number, Email, and Town/Area) solely for the purpose of generating your secure digital entry pass, managing capacity limits at the open-air compound, and sending automated event updates (via SMS, WhatsApp, and Email). We do not distribute, sell, or monetize this raw data to unauthorized external third-parties.
Your digital QR pass is cryptographically bound to your identity. When scanned at the physical event gate by an authorized usher, a synchronization ping is sent to our servers to authenticate entry and prevent digital duplication. This physical check-in timestamp is recorded in our infrastructure to calculate real-time venue capacity.
To deliver a seamless digital experience, we utilize enterprise-grade external APIs. Your Phone Number will be securely transmitted to Arkesel (for WhatsApp and SMS generation), and your Email address to Resend (for Post-Event Digital Souvenirs and Ticket dispatch).
In strict adherence to modern data protection standards, all PII (Personally Identifiable Information) databases relating to Rhythm Exchange Fest attendance are scrubbed and anonymized 90 days after the event concludes. We retain anonymized aggregate analytics for future event scaling purposes only.
